Mr. Blizzard's Brigade is a mini-game from Mario Party 4.
The characters start off enclosed in an ice rink located in the middle of a snowy region. Various Mr. Blizzards line the edge of the rink and throw snowballs at the players. Larger Mr. Blizzards throw larger snowballs, and small Mr. Blizzards throw smaller snowballs.
Player's slip and slide on the icy rink, and if they are hit by a snowball, they are encased in a block of ice and are no longer able to participate in the mini-game. As the mini-game progresses, more Mr. Blizzards appear around the rink. That last character remaining unfrozen in the rink will win.
