Dr.Cygor is a slightly mad scientist who has invented many machines: the Wario bike, and Mike, the singing, cleaning robot. He is over a hundred years old, and surprisingly has a granddaughter. Her name is Penny Crygor, and much like her granfather, she is an employee of Wario, and wishes to be a great scientist like her grandfather, though she knows that he is slightly mad. The doctor is one of Wario's nine original employees.
