Adoption of the Mario Kart Wii Wiki involves an Adoption Request over at Wikia Community Central. I'll most likely put in the adoption request, since I've gone through the process (somewhat) before. I'll start editing there once I get home from school (in four hours and fifteenish minutes) and will put the adoption request in at the end of the night.
Merger of the Mario Kart Wii Wiki and the Mario Kart Racing Wiki.
If the adoption request for the Mario Kart Wii Wiki goes through, I'll Special:Contact Wikia about a merger of the two wikis, since I'd be admin on both of them, so there won't have to be a proof of approval.
Somehow come into contact with Launchballer.
I don't know if this is needed, but since Launchballer is B'Crat over at Mario Kart Racing Wiki, it might be needed.
Merge the newly merged Mario Kart Wiki (previously Mario Kart Racing Wiki, and Mario Kart Wii Wiki) with Mario Kart: Double Dash!! Wiki.
Through Special:Contact, we'll request the two wikis to be merged. With Admin Decision.
Community decision to merge the following two wikis.
This would most likely be done by Count Caterpie since he is the adminwho should be B'Crat of this wiki, and the founder of Mario Party Wiki. CC would have to send in the Special:Contact.. Since he's founder of the Mario Party Wiki, and the admin here.
Merge the remaining wikis together.
The remaining wikis would be the newly formed Mario Kart Wiki, and the newly formed MarioWiki. Someone, preferably an admin of the Mario Kart Wiki (so that'd be either me or Rainbowroad6w, who would have obtained admin during the merge) or CC. It'd be best if it were CC sending in the Special:Contact, since he's the admin of the wiki we're merging to, and he has more experience.

Most of it sounds good. But right now, our primary goal should be to merge Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart Double Dash with the Mario Kart Racing wiki, one that you seem to already edit at Japas. Who is the admin of that place, do you know? He/she should probably be involved with this, as well as the admin at Mario Kart Wii wiki. After we merge MKW wiki and MKDD wiki with the Mario Kart Racing wiki, then we can focus on merging that one with this wikia. Or.......maybe this is a stupid plan, and we should merge everything at once? Either way, the admins at all these wikis should be contacted. EDIT: Whoops! My bad! Just ignore most of what I just said. My iPod jumped ahead while I was reading, so I missed most of what you said.

As b'crat of Mario Party Wiki, I'm fine with merging that site into this one. It doesn't get much (any, except for me) traffic so that would be best. As for the Mario Kart Wikis, they appear to be at least mildly patrolled, so I don't see a really pressing need to relocate everything now. Let's give it awhile to prepare.
Addressing your concerns, vandalism will always occur. Merging wikis into a Super Mario Wiki (haha) will have no effect on that, the only difference is that we might be able to catch violations faster. Perhaps with a better sysop team, although I believe I've doing a darn good job these last two and half years.
There is an easy way to get around the loss of editors. It is quite easy to, by means of contacting the primary editors of the wikis to be merged. Just alert them and tell them to spread the word. We'll get them to come easily.
As for the the mass moving of pages: yeah, that is going to be quite difficult. But if we get a lot of participation and divide up the labor, we can get it done rather quickly. Most of the Mario Kart articles on our site are rubbish, so it'd be better to just replace ours. Besides, some articles (such as character articles) won't need moving, per se.
The only problem I do see is the power struggles. To be perfectly honest, I think I should remain in charge. I have been at this post for two and a half years, and considering that we will be the parent wiki that everyone merges to it makes sense that the head of the parent wiki stays in charge. (I would have said the same were it MarioGalaxy2433g5). If we get enough members, I'd happily appoint sysops out of the qualified members.
In short, (okay maybe not short) I think it would be a good idea to merge, but not right now. Let's give it enough time to formulate exactly what we will do and spread the word. If anyone responds to my ramblings, please respond to all the points.

In an attempt to respond to all your points, if I don't, I apologize, I've been blowing off sleep lately. First off, I haven't been 'round for 2 years, but from what I've seen, you do do a good job.
Loss of users point, I just tested it out, and a redirect from one wiki to another won't work.
Getting word around, since it's just me and Launchballer on the mario kart wiki, it wouldn't be that hard, there are some IPs who filter about, Rainbowroad would have to get the ones on MK:DD!! wiki.
The merger wouldn't happen just now. Since it'd involve a community decision, and a bunch of special:contacts and article moving. And getting the word out. I figured if it happened, it'd end up being.
I assumed you'd stay in charge, as you have way more experience than any of us.

Hmm...but are you, Jazzi, going to merge MKW and MKDD!! Into the main Mario kart wiki, or is that being held off as well?And does this all go for the Mario party wiki as well, not merging?

Mario Party Wiki will definitely merge. That shouldn't be a problem.
I just checked over the MK wikis in question and they look unpopulated enough that it shouldn't really be problem to get them all over here. And with the increase in new members, I might have to appoint a sysop, but that seems unlikely at this point.
My only concern is that Wikia might approve a new set of Mario Kart Wikis, which would be incredibly annoying.
